One Parent, Two Divisions

sin2θ+cos2θ=11+tan2θ=sec2θ1+cot2θ=cosec2θ\begin{gathered}\sin^2\theta + \cos^2\theta = 1\\[3pt] 1 + \tan^2\theta = \sec^2\theta\\[3pt] 1 + \cot^2\theta = \text{cosec}^2\theta\end{gathered}

Divide the parent by cos2θ\cos^2\theta for sec, by sin2θ\sin^2\theta for cosec. Reflex: Re-derive the sec/cosec versions instead of misremembering them.
